Mindy's Morning Oatmeal

Okay, guys, I don't make recipes often, but I have seriously been eating this oatmeal almost every morning for the past four months! It's really good, and really easy to make. At this point I just eyeball all of the ingredients, but I'll try to give you a general feel for the amounts.

1/2 c rolled oats
3/4 c water

Put this in a medium size microwave safe bowl and microwave until cooked. I do it for 1.5 minutes, stir, then another 1.5 minutes, and the oats are perfectly cooked. (***Note: If the bowl isn't big enough or you put too much oatmeal in it then it will spill over and make you very frustrated)

Add in's

1-2 T coconut oil
1/4 c agave
1/3 c cottage cheese (this is the magic ingredient)
1 t chia seeds
1 T hemp seeds

Obviously you can add in whatever you want. You could sub in butter for coconut oil, although there is something pretty amazing about how the coconut oil tastes with this recipe. You can sub different sugars for agave, but you must not omit the cottage cheese!
