Creamy Italian Chicken (Crock Pot)

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts(or 8 Thighs)

1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

2 (10 oz) cans cream of chicken soup

1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese softened

1 (4oz) Can Green chilies

Egg Noodles or Rice, to serve over




Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. Place the chicken breasts in crock pot. In

blender, blend well the Italian dressing mix, the cream of chicken soups, cream cheese and

green chilies. Then spread evenly over chicken.

Cover and cook on Low heat for 6 hours. (OR on High for 3 hours) Remove lid and

stir mixture together. Cut or shred chicken into pieces.

Serve chicken and sauce over cooked egg noodles or rice.
