Garlic Cheese Biscuits

1 c flour
1 T sugar
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/3 c butter
1-2 T Johnny's Garlic Spread
     OR 3/4 T Lawry's Garlic Salt
     OR 1-2 t garlic powder
3/4 grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c milk (you can add a little more if the dough is too dry)



1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and garlic powder
2. Cut in the butter
3. Add the cheese, stir to coat with flour
4. Add the milk all at once and stir until just barely incorporated
5. Drop dough onto greased baking sheet
6. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes
