Kalua Pork Roast (Crock Pot)

1 3-5 lb Pork Roast (Butt or Shoulder)

2-3 Tbl Sea Salt

2 Tbl Liquid Smoke




Place Roast in Crockpot. Slit sides, rub in half of the salt and liquid smoke, turn over and

repeat. Cook on low for 7-10 hrs. Shred with fork. Serve over rice with any sauce you would like.

Suggestions: Teriyaki
