DAD'S CREAM PUFFS

½ C. Butter

1 C. Flour

½ t. Salt

4 Eggs




Melt butter in 1 cup of boiling water, add all flour (and salt) and stir vigioursly. Cook and stir till mix

forms a ball that doesn’t separate. Remove from heat, cool slightly then add eggs one at a time, beat

until smooth. Then take a heaping Tablespoon and place 3 in apart on greased cookie sheet.

Bake @ 450° for 15 mins, reduce to 325° and bake for 25 more minutes. Remove and slice open

each puff, turn off oven and put back in cooling oven to dry (watch for no more shinny spots).

For filling, 1 package of your choice of instant pudding, mix with whipped cream if desired. Sprinkle

powder sugar on top.

Makes 10.
