Tuna Casserole

Super simple to whip up. It's surprisingly delicious and satisfying every time. My husband is a picky eater and refuses to eat tuna, so I substitute chicken in.

1 lb shell noodles (cooked)
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cans drained tuna
1/4 c mayo
1 c sour cream
1/2 chopped onion OR 2-3 T dried onion

Mix everything together and put in a casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until cheese is melted.
